1) Do your research. Find out which of your everyday home items test on animals and then DON'T buy them. Many cleaning brands often aren't cruelty free but shopping at whole foods markets or health stores typically don't carry those products.

2) Adjust your diet. Of course cutting meat out of your lifestyle is the most common way to be cruelty free, but it goes beyond that, ensure the substitution food items also don't contain animal biproducts by checking the ingredients list.

3) Change your perspective. Understand that all animal lives matter, but so does yours, little steps make a big difference and so you don't have to completely cut out all animal consumption from your diet or go out of your way to buy the most expensive cleaning alternative. everything in moderation and the world will be a better place.
